Today junior member in my lab went to a ceremony of potential recruits. That word seems to be seen a weird word, but it is common word in Japan, especially for final school year students. This mysterious ceremony is based on potential recruitment and simultaneous recruiting of new graduates. These systems are core issue of Japanese employment system.
