This method can provide chances to study to all people equally and government can call in a investment for education, because it mean nearly debt. Thanks to these effect, it can increase people’s belongingness to nation. This method requires the fact every one who took this scholarship work for cleaning their debt, so government needs to make a system directly connected with employment at the same time. It is very hard but it have monetary connections with worker, so it will seem to be easier than ever. Of course, there will be criminals who do not pay their debt, I think government should charge them with treason.
