Since Waseda’s entrance exam is very strange, I made it a victim of yesterday’s article. However, a lot of entrance exams in Japan have a problem. That is the fact they become goal of students even though they are only method. Therefore, I propose to change it better. For the purpose of it, at first, I have to think that what kind of people does Japan in future look for. Considering globalism, aged society and the collapse of capitalism, I list below three types.

1. People who can move other people’s heart.

2. People who have broad knowledge and skill to learn other skills quickly.

3. People who can work for the vulnerable groups.

1. means some geniuses, top athletes or leaders. Japan needs to acknowledge the difference from others, and make some top gun.

2. In future of Japan, I think there will be little job. Therefore, many people need to change or search their job. It is required abilities even old people.

3. It is based on aged society. The medical technology will become more developed in future Japan, so vulnerable groups will increase. It means Japanese society will have to support them.
