年金問題 -The pension problem-

年金やめますか、それとも人生やめますか
後々に日本を変える事件となるかもしれない。
東京都最高齢者の加藤さんが自宅で白骨遺体で発見されたのを発端に、次々と明るみになった年金の不正受給。
これらの一連の事件は、法制度が時代の変遷についていけていない事を明らかにしている。
もう今の日本では、年金という形の社会保障自体が適していないのだと思う。財政的にも、社会倫理的にも。
超高齢化社会に向けて、何をすべきか。経済成長という短期的で資本主義のみに立脚した回答ではなく、次のイデオロギーを見据えた中期的な視点での解答が必要だろう。
修正資本主義的な考え方として、ベーシックインカムはそのひとつの候補になると思う。
It could be fatal incident for Japan in the future.
Beginning with the happening that Mr.Kato the oldest living person in Tokyo was found  as skeletal remains, illegal pensionary are exposed one after another.
This series of incidents clarify that Japanese Law couldn’t keep pace with the changing times.
I think pension system can’t be suited to Japanese social security service any longer.
What can we do for super aging society? I guess Japan need not short-term answer like economic growth that stands on only capitalism but medium term solution that look next ideology.
I acknowledge that basic income system can be candidate for next system.

法律について -My idea about Law-

前回の記事の続き。
福島県の大野病院での事件について、医療だけでなく法律に関しても問題があると思った。
この産科医は2004年12月に起こした出来事について、2006年の2月に逮捕されている。その間も産科医療に携わっていたにもかかわらず。
逮捕とは、捜査機関または私人が被疑者の逃亡及び罪証隠滅を防止するため強制的に身柄を拘束する行為をいう。とwikipediaにあります。
穿った考え方かもしれないけど、これを読んで法律は暴力になりうると思った。
民事ではなく刑事事件であること。
事件発生から1年以上経過しているにも関わらず、証拠保全ではなく逮捕していること。
逮捕について、警察署が表彰されていること。
これらの点について、政治的・社会的圧力が働いていることは容易に想像できる。造られた正義によって世界が回っているとすれば、真実の正義とはどこにあるのか。
医療や技術は発展し、それを取り巻く状況は常に変化している。法制度はそれらに対応できるように創りかえていかなければならない。
This is continuation of the last article.
I got conscious not only about Medical but also Law after I read the article about that incident.
The obstetrician was arrested on February, 2006 on charges of fatal professional negligence on December, 2004, nevertheless he performed a physical examination as a obstetrician.
An arrest is the act of depriving a person of his or her liberty in order to stop suspect from escaping or breaking evidences, wikipedia said.
From this sentences, I thought the law could be violence.
Not civil case, but criminal case.
Arresting him, nevertheless the long time had already passed.
The chief of police was honored for his act that had arrested one obstetrician.
About these points, I can easily imagine political and social pressure was there. If the world was rotated by the false justice, could there be real justice?
Medical and technology are developing and the situation about them is always changing, legal system must be recreated to be suited.

医療について -My idea about Medical-

あるセミナーで知った医療に関する出来事について、自分の考えを。
この事件のキーワードは地域医療、医療崩壊、医療訴訟。中でも医療訴訟の点について。
当時の記事はネットではあまり見つからず、まとめられたものしか読めていないけれど、この事件を知って医療の本質的な難しさを否が応にも実感させられた。
率直に言えば、逮捕まではやり過ぎなのではと言うのが個人的な意見ではある。それでも、こうしていたら助かったんじゃないかという思いは、いつまでも執刀医の中に心の中に残るんだろうと思う。
人を救う事のリスクと家族を失う事の哀しみと。お医者さんは色んなモノを背負っている。
感謝されることもあれば、裏を返して恨まれることもある。医師とは人の命を救うという覚悟と非常に高い精神力の必要な職能だと思う。
医工デザイン連携というテーマを持っている自分はそこまでの覚悟があるだろうか。
I write my idea about medical because I heard one shocking incident at a seminar.
The keywords of this incident are community health care, the collapse of the medical treatment  and medical malpractice lawsuit. I was shocked by especially medical malpractice lawsuit.
One obstetrician let one patient die although he did all the thing he could at that time. The bereaved family took action and the police arrested him. After all, the obstetrician was found innocent but this incident brought great seismic tremor to the Japanese medical circles.
I realized the essential difficulty of medical inescapably.
Frankly speaking, I thought arresting was over the line. However, the operating surgeon will have a sense of remorse forever.
Doctors shoulder heavy things like the risk of saving people and the grief of losing family. They have their ups and downs. They need mental preparedness of saving one’s life and high mental strength, I guess.
Could I have mental preparedness like that?

シャープ、ブラックベリーそっくりの電子辞書　8月発売

現在、デザインは多くの意味を包含して使用されています。

意匠・装飾・模様・設計・企画・計画・策略・資源　…

デザイナーとはひとつのモノに対して、これらの言葉全てを包括して表現する職能だと教えてもらい、そう考えています。

このデザイン観から、紹介したシャープの新しい電子辞書には異論しか出て来ない。

形はパクリで意匠と設計に策略性は考えられない。これだけスマートフォンが出てきているのに、今、通信機能のないモバイル製品を売り出す事に何の企てがあるのか。全く国の資源になると思えない。

今、日本は本当に分岐点に立っている。

こんな事を続けていたら本当に消え去る国になってしまう。

The word “Design” is used as collective word in Japan.
“Design” has meaning like “Decoration”, “Marking”, “Layout”, “Project”, “Plannning”, “Strategy”, “Resource” and etc.
I have learned that the work of a designer is to present a thing including all of these words.
Therefore, I want to criticize this electronic dictionary.
The form is blatant rip-off of Blackberry so I can’t see its strategy. Moreover, I can’t believe why it will launch mobile product without communication function. After all it must not be a resource for Japan.
Now Japan stands at the turning point.
If it keeps doing like that, Japan will be disappear.

政治家の役割　-The role of politicians-

このままじゃ年金制度は無理。医療保険制度も限界。というのは誰の目にも明らか。


新しい方向性とそれに基づく制度が必要になってくる。


首相には消費税を上げるという政府の都合の話じゃなく、


日本の今と未来を語って欲しい。

Every one can understand Japanese annuity system and healthcare insurance system can’t last anymore if we won’t change them better.

We need new direction and institution based on it.
I want Japanese prime minister to talk not about the story  of government side but about the story of now and future of Japan.

日本の財政への疑問　-Question about the Japanese financial problem-

前日の記事から、日本の財政への疑問について考察してみました。
・どれくらいヤバいのか？
僕がネットで調べて数字で分かったのは、借金の残高（平成20年度で約553兆円）と残高のGDP比（平成20年度で170.9%）くらい。
一見この数字を見るとまだ破綻してないの？って思える程の額であるのだけれど、
円建てで発行していて日本人にしか借りてないから対外的に見ればむしろ黒字だとか、国内のインフラを資産として考えればまだまだ大丈夫といったことが聞こえてくる。
また、明らかに収入を越える借金をしているのにも関わらず、ばらまき政策や郵政国営化といった支出を増やす公約をする政党もいるくらい。
こうやってうまーく国民をだましているから、「日本ってヤバいらしいけど、大丈夫？」という受け止め方になるのだろう。
・もし破綻したらどうなるのか？
実はここが一番分からない。というかリアリティを持って考えられない。
本当にキャラメルを買うのにリアカーを引くような状況になるのかな。
IMFが乗り込んできて、国家的な自己破産になるという話も聞いた事がある。
今のギリシャはEUとIMFの融資でなんとかなってるという話は聞くけれど、実際の国民の生活はどうなるのだろうか。
色んな専門家が言ってる事がバラバラで分からない。
・そもそも根本的になぜヤバいのか？
日本のリーダーたるべき人間が、数多く集まって、たくさんのお金をもらいながら、長い期間議論を重ねているのにも関わらず、実際の家計に落とし込んだら闇金でも貸してくれないような額の借金をしていることがまずもって分からない。
社会保障が行き過ぎたのか、道路を造りすぎたのか、公務員が多すぎるのか、それともODA が多すぎるのか。
これも実際のところどれが正しいのか分からない。

I briefly look at the question about Japanese finance after I wrote this article.
・How much its debt is?
I can understood total debt for Japanese finance (about 553 trillion yen at 2008) and  its share of GDP (170.9% at 2008) from information on internet.
They are so awesome numbers that I can’t believe Japan have not starve to death financially.
However, some experts say Japan won’t fail yet because it borrow almost all of debts on a yen basis.
Moreover, despite Japan clearly borrow money that exceed income, some political party vow dole-out policy.
I think they deceive people with hiding important fact.
・What would happen if Japan went bankrupt?
Actually I can’t get it and think it with reality.
If it would be, really we would have to drag trolley when we want a candy?
I heard IMF would control finance.
In Greece, have actual people’s lifestyle changed?
I can’t understand.
・Why does Japan face this crisis in the first place?
I can’t understand why Japan has extreme debt despite men who must be leader discussed long long time while getting a lot of money. 
The reason is too much social security service? too much road? too many civil servant? or other?
I can’t understand.
