I think it exists that differences in values of leadership between the West and the East, or rather than I should say between hunting people and agricultural people. Hunting people need a leader who gets a result to take a life. If a hunting person gets a game he can choose to give it or not, it means that one person who kills many chases can give order to others. On the other hand, agricultural people can almost certainly get harvest with time, therefore they need reason rather than result. Probably, it is important to break up where for agricultural people, thus a person who reconcile conflicts well can get leadership little by little.
I think this difference can be seen from offspring of them, each of them seems to have different leadership. I don’t want to say which is more important, I want to say there are suitable leaderships for any cases.
