Human beings can live longer in high technology society. It is a clear fact, therefore, it is natural for the modern society to become aged society. Normally it is not be a problem because of its generality, however, its steep gradient is just problem in Japan. The gradient shocked employment and national insurance system. I think that the problems from aged society and low birthrate can be distilled to these two problems. If we could solve these two problems, we would clear all. Therefore, we need employment and new insurance system.
