iPhone4 すべてを変えていきます。もう一度。

米国時間の6月7日、AppleはWWDC2010でiPhone4を発表しました。

残念ながら？発表前に試作機を見ていたので、特段の驚きは無かったのですが、やはりジョブスのプレゼンテーションを見たら、ものすごく欲しくなります。

ここで多くの方にとって問題になるのは、古いiPhoneの2年契約縛りじゃないでしょうか？

AppleはiPhone3GSの約1年後にiPhone4を発売するのに、Softbankは基本的に2年縛りで契約するんです。

これは海外でも似たようなものらしく、アメリカではAT&Tという会社が2年縛りで契約を迫っているようです。

僕はここに携帯会社の限界があると思っています。

日本ではこれまで、端末の開発においてメーカーでは無く携帯キャリアが支配的な権力を持っていました。

この風潮はこれまでのiPhoneによって少しの風穴は空いたと思います。

けれど、携帯キャリアなんて貸しアンテナ業でしかないんです。なんで、グレードアップしたいだけなのにワケの分からん契約に縛られなきゃいけないのか。

端末代はどんどん安くなっていって、トラフィックはどんどん増えていきます。

本当にWiFiが空気のようになって、僕達の生活を取り囲む全てのデバイスが協調して最適化してくれるような世界になって欲しいと思います。

Apple announced iPhone4 at WWDC 2010.
We saw its prototype beforehand, so we weren’t so surprised. However, I wanted it so much because I was attracted by Jobs presentation.
Then, for many people the contract that prohibit to sign a new contract in two years is the most irritating problem.
Apple sell iPhone4 one year after from releasing iPhone3GS but Softbank a Japanese mobile phone company prohibit to sign a new contract. It is similar to AT&T in America.
I think it is a limit for them.
In Japan, not phone manufacturer but wireless carrier company have dominant power in the development steps of the mobile phone.
Traditional iPhone broke the meaningless customs. But I think that they only rent us antenna. Why are we prohibited new contract? We want only grade-up.
The price of mobile phone gets cheaper than ever and traffic of internet gets higher and higher.
I hope that WiFi will become air for us and all devices surrounded us communicate with the others to optimize our life.

決弾

1冊目、2冊目に引き続き、3冊目の弾本読了しました。

app storeに売っていて、サクッと買えてしまうのが問題ですね。。

おかげで、アプリ本が増えてしまって、邪魔になっています。何とかして、一刻でも早く日本でもiBooksを本格化させて欲しいと思います。

と言いながらも、Kindleではまだほとんど買い物をしていません。

使い慣れているものに実装されている機能は大事だなと思いました。

さて内容は、序章に著者の決断についてのフィロソフィーが語られます。その後はそのフィロソフィーに基づいて、読者？からの質問・疑問に答えて行くと言うものです。

ほぼ全ての質問に言い切って回答しているので、迷って自分ではどうしようもない人には価値があるかもしれませんが、僕にはその価値は見出せませんでした。

最終章に勝間和代さんとの対談が収録されているのですが、話し言葉で無駄が多く、感心はしません。編集がもっと意識する所なのでは？

app storeでは、中身が読めず、便利なので買ってしまうという好例かもしれません。

I’ve read third book that Dan Kogai wrote.
I bought this book app store. It’s because it’s easy to buy. It’s a problem for me.
Thanks to this problem I have many book applications, so now I want Apple to make us to buy Japanese book in iBooks.
Though I tell myself like that, I have not bought any books at Kindle.
I realized that useful gadget overcome many things.
By the way, its contents was that at first the author told his philosophy about determination. Then, he answered question from readers based on the philosophy.
He state his opinion clearly, so it’s valuable for persons who can do nothing about themselves, but it’s not so valuable for me.
Dialogue with Ms. Kazuyo Katsuma is included at the end of this book, but it’s written in a colloquial word. Therefore, it is not easy to read and has many wastes. I guess the editor of this book must revise it.
It seems good example that people buy book in app store, because it is not good to read but useful to buy.

弾言

2つ目の弾本読了しました。

ざっくり言えば、企業の会計の知識を個人の生活に応用し、ヒト・モノ・カネをバランスシートに配置することで個人の世界を定量的に捉えるというような内容です。

ヒト・モノ・カネについての独自の捉え方は非常に参考になりましたが、カネについての説明は冗長的で分かりにくかった。あと、挿絵はクソ。

もう今の時代では、自分自身を経営するという感覚は必要不可欠になっている。この本はその一助になると思う。

iPhoneでの読書も板に付いてきました。iPad買ったのにiPhoneでのアプリ読書の方がメインになってる。。

I’ve read second book written by Dan Kogai.
Talking roughly about this book, it applies the knowledge of business accounting to individual personal life and aim to look it quantitatively by allocating Person・Product・Money to balance sheet.
I could study a lot from his unique way to look Person・Product・Money, but instructions about Money was redundantly-represented and difficult to understand. Moreover, illustration was bad.
These days, it is fundamentally important that each persons manage themselves. Therefore, this book is important and help us.
Recently I usually read books in iPhone. I bought iPad but iPhone reading is dominant way for me.

もし高校野球の女子マネージャーがドラッカーの『マネジメント』を読んだら

通称「もしドラ」読了しました。
この本は結構話題になったようです。
こちらもiPhoneアプリでの読書です。
このアプリはこれまで紹介した他のiPhone本アプリと違ってテキストがテキストとして表示されました。つまり、他の本は全てのページを一枚ずつの画像として保存していると言う事です。
このため、このアプリはiPadでテキストがラスタライズされずに見ることが出来ました。
もしドラ

多分、アプリ作成の難度が上がるとは思うのですが、iPad対応のアプリではないのにiPadで不快感無く読めたのは作成者の気概を感じました。
本について、表紙はアキバ系絵柄の女の子が飾っていますが、内容には全く関係ありません。
ドラッカーの事を全く知らない人がドラッカーについて興味を持つための本としてはいいかもしれません。
しかし、小説として優れているとは感じませんでした。この本の表現からシチュエーションを自分の高校時代のサッカー部に置き換えてリアリティを感じる事が全く出来なかったからです。
特に試合の表現はすっ飛ばし過ぎ。かなり無理があった。
小説というよりは、ドラッカー本として売れているということにも納得。

鳩山首相が辞任を表明、小沢幹事長も辞任

また、日本の首相が辞任しました。

責任を取ることって、口蹄疫とかいろんな問題山積のままカンタンに職を辞することなんですか？

あれだけ批判され靴まで投げられたブッシュ元大統領ですら、なんだかんだ言って任期を満了しています。

日本のリーダーには国を率いるという自覚が足りないような気がする。与党の中で談合して、決めてたらこうなるか。。

それで次の首相候補。

菅直人。

ダメだこりゃ。ダメな理由は特に無い。直感でしかない。でも管首相じゃ日本がいい方向に行くことはないとはっきりと予感できる。

岡田さんとか前原さんとか枝野さんとか他にリーダーシップありそうな人がいるのに。

どんな党からでもいい。政界に新時代のリーダーが現れないかな。

Japanese Prime Minister resigned his job again.
Does to leave many problems like aftosa mean to accept the blame?
Even President George Bush who was given many criticism and thrown a show got through his term of white house.
Therefore, Japanese leader seems not to realize his job’s importance. It’s because Japanese Prime Minister is decided not by public vote but by bid-rigging in administration party.
Then, Who is next candidate?
Naoto Kan.
Already game have been over. I have no reasons but instinct, but I clearly expect he will not be able to be good leader.
It’s very regret, because other candidates, Okada, Maehara or Edano have good leadership. They are killed by Japanese bad habits.
Japanese people are waiting for genuine leader.

空気を読むな、本を読め。

「空気を読むな、本を読め」を読了。

著者である小飼弾を全く知らなかったが、日本を代表するアルファブロガーらしい。確かに月間100万PVとは凄まじい。

彼のことは、ニコニコ生放送のベーシックインカムについて討論番組で知った。

ベーシックインカムについては、またおいおいこのブログでも書いていきたいが、彼の意見はかなり生意気でロックだった。

しかし、言論の背後に彼の思想を基にした論理性があったから若干の嫌悪を感じながらも惹かれた。

そこで、iPhoneで電子書籍を発見し、購入。

「空気を読むな」の部分は冒頭に少し触れるだけ。内容は、筆者の本に対する考え方、本の読み方、本の買い方である。

それぞれに本への姿勢があるだろうが、他人の本への姿勢を知ることも一つの学習になるのではないか。

ただし、内容量は少ない。iPhone版でたった300ページにも満たない。挿絵のレベルの低さにも辟易した。

しかし、巻末の100冊紹介は読んでみたいと思う。

I’ve read “Don’t read air, read books.”
I didn’t know the author at all, but he is one of alfa blogger. It is amazing that he gets one million PV a month. 
I cognized him on Internet TV show about basic income. I’ll write my opinion on this blog though, his opinion was shocking.
However, I was fascinated by his opinion while I felt a little disgust. It’s because it was based on his logic and thought.
Therefore, when I found his book on iPhone I bought it.
The part of “Don’t read air” was only a short, so its contents was his way to read books, his way to think about books and his way to buy books.
I guess all individuals have each attitude to books but I think it is study to know other’s.
Regrettably it was light, only 300 pages in iPhone. Moreover, I felt sad about the illustration.
However, I’ll try to read 100 books introduced at the end of this book.

学校までの道程 -Map to School-

あなたは自分が6年間通った小学校までの通学路を覚えていますか。
家から学校までのすべての道程は覚えていなくても、いくつか思い出せる建物や場所があるはず。
そのような「ランドマーク」を5つ挙げて、それらを配置し「概念的」な「地図」としなさい。という課題に取り組みました。
僕の家は小学校から遠く、通学路は定められてはいたもののそれは有って無いようなもので、当時はその時の仲のいい友達によって学校への道を選んで登校していました。
それは、大まかに左回りの道か右回りの道と大別できました。
正規の通学路であった左回りの道には、保育園がありそれを越えるとだるま屋という駄菓子屋がありました。これらの建物は、現在の自分でも思い出せる数少ない通学路の思い出です。
一方で、正規の通学路より少し短い右回りの道には、よく骨折をしてお世話になった整形外科と、今でも初詣に毎年通う神社があります。
パネル上の円の周りに正方形状に配置されている4つのアイコンはそれらのランドマークを表しています。
これらの道を通った後、学校の運動場の直前に水色のゲートがありました。それが一番上のアイコンが表現しているモノです。
そのゲートには高さに合わせて点の書いてある木の板が取り付けられており、子供達の間ではどこまでの木の板に触ることが出来るかというのが、周りに自分の力を誇示できるステータスの一つでした。今でもその木の板の限界に挑戦していた日々を思い出します。
6年通ったものの、同様に古くなった記憶の中ではっきりと思い出せるものと全く思い出せないものとがあることを改めて認識できます。
これは、僕の心の中に何かしらの行為や感動と結びついて目印がついていたからでしょう。
「心に目印をつけること。」
川崎先生はデザインをこうやって説明することがあります。自分の心の中の目印をヒントにして、どうやって人の心に目印をつけていくか。この課題を整理して、もう一度考えて行きたいと思います。
Do you remember your elementary school road? Even if you forgot your all the road, you can recall some building or place on the road as a landmark.
I tried an assignment of Prof.Kawasaki’s lecture that place five landmarks.
My home was far from my elementary school, so I had some school route I can remember now.
I describe them by five icons. Through this assignment I can recognize that there are things I can remember clearly or things I can’t remember at all. It’s because markers are there.
“It makes mark to the mind.”
Sometimes my professor explain “what is design” like that. I want to train again how I make mark to other’s mind through this assignment.

iPad用スタイラスの作り方 -How to make stylus for iPad-

現在、iPadをノートのようにして使っています。

その時問題になるのが、ペンが使えないこと。なかなかに人差し指で書く・描く作業をするのは大変です。

テキストはキーボードで打てばいいものの、スケッチはやはりペンが欲しい所です。

そこで！川崎先生から直々に自作スタイラスの作り方を教えてもらいiPad用のペンを自作することにしました。

■準備物
準備するのはたった三つ。

・先端がゴムになっているペン

・アルミホイル

・のり

これだけです。

要するに、ペンに導体であるアルミホイルを貼りつけ、そのアルミホイルの部分を持ちながら描くということです。

しかしながら、接触判定には5mm角の接触面積が必要らしく、先端には接触時にある程度変形してくれるゴムがあった方がいいと言うことです。

アルミホイルは適当に家にあるもので大丈夫。

のりは、コクヨのドットライナー。

かなり使いやすくて、普段から使っています。

先端がゴムになっているペンは、

タカラトミーのペン回し用ペンを使用。

そしてもう一本。パイロットフリクションボールでもトライ。

いわゆる消せるペンです。消すための消しゴム的存在を加工します。

■加工
これらのペンのゴム部分を、自分がペンを持つ時の角度にカットします。

僕はだいたい45°にゴムをカットしました。

これに適度に切りとったアルミホイルにのりをつけてキレイに貼って行きます。

そして、完成品がこれ！

たまに反応が悪いときもありますが、こいつらとスケッチブックプロがあればノート要らずで行けるかなと思っています。
Recently I use iPad as a note, but it has problem that I can’t use pen for writing down on iPad. Writing or drawing by fingers is difficult, so I need my stylus for iPad.

Then, I made it by the method my professor advise to do.

I needed to prepare three things.
・Pen with a rubber head

・Aluminum foil

・Glue

That’s all.

In short words, I want to wrap the pen with the aluminum foil and write down on iPad with touching it. At that time, iPad need 5 square millimeter touch area for contact judgement. Therefore, rubber head is good for it.

I used KOKUYO’s glue dot liner and pens for penspinning.

At first, I cut the rubber head at an angle of 45 degrees, because I always have pen at the angle.

Next, I wrapped the pen by adequate quantity aluminum foil with glue. That’s all.

Its reaction is not good sometimes but I satisfy its quality so I will replace note with iPad.

お金は無いけど、心意気！iPad購入しました。

一番安いWiFi 16GBモデル。

初めはiPhoneを大きくしただけだと思っていたのですが、大きくすることに意味があった。

パッケージを開けると全面にiPadパッケージデザインもさすが。

アクセサリーもこれだけ。シンプル！

説明書は一枚。
カバーに入れるとこんな感じ。
まだまだ使い切れてないけど、恐れずに率直な感想を言えば、ワイドスクリーンゲーム機兼メモ帳って感じだと思う。
ここからアプリの充実、WiFiの整備などが進んで行けばさらに進化して行き、仕事の中にも入ってくるだろう。
ゲーム機が仕事の中に入ってくると言うのは、実は仕事がゲーム化していることを暗示しているのかもしれない。
Today I get iPad released in Japan. It is WiFi 16GB model. I thought iPad was only big iPhone, but it is most important thing.
I can’t master it, but I frankly state my feeling. I think it is wide screen game hard and memo pad.
From now, growth of Appstore and reinforcement of WiFi will make it more powerful device and it will  enter the workplace. It seems to indicate that work have been changing into game.
